Hello! Welcome to CrysWillFitLife – a fitness/lifestyle brand that encourages others to live their lives with enthusiasm, with courage, and becoming their best selves, mentally, physically and emotionally. This movement was spearheaded by Crystal Williams, an American Council on Exercise Group Exercise Instructor certified in Spinning, Schwinn MPower Indoor Cycling, as well as TRX Functional Training and Urban Rebounding. A few years ago, she found her way to fitness after watching both her parents pass away from cancer. Distraught, she sought out fitness as a means of healing from grief.
After experiencing a nearly 70-lb weight loss, Crystal began to discover she enjoyed the changes to her lifestyle which transformed her mind, body and spirit, and dedicate her life to encouraging others to do the same. Crystal enjoys working with adrenaline enthusiasts from all walks o life, from the very fit to the unconditioned; elderly to the young. Her fun, yet no-nonsense approach to fitness makes for an experience that allows clients to take the chore out of adhering to a regimen, thus tapping into their greatest potential!
